Leon Goretzka has been a name of extreme interest for AC Milan recently. However, he is also a target for several other clubs.
Milan’s position in the Goretzka race has never been the strongest. They have been at the window, but it does not seem like they have been pressing their noses against the glass, hoping to get the best chance of his arrival.
Instead, they have watched as others have joined them in front of him, and now, there is a new competitor in the race.
Juventus enter the Goretzka race
Before this month, it seemed that the midfielder would be heading to Arsenal, Milan or Atletico Madrid. The latter party of the trio seemingly were going to land him in January, but he instead opted to see out his contract.
Since the shutting of the window, Inter have involved themselves in proceedings, and the German, admittedly, is a very Nerazzurri signing, and now, as Gazzetta dello Sport write (via Calciomercato.com), Juventus have joined the race.

The German was not initially a target, but after discussions with his agent regarding one of his other clients, the midfielder’s name was brought into the equation, and it seems the Bianconeri may now make an effort.
Whether he is a priority for Milan or not is somethign else entirely, but if he is, they may need to start making movements for the soon to be out of contract man.
