With Nottingham Forest, the side the Clarets are aiming to catch, not in action until Sunday, Scott Parker’s side can pull closer to their relegation rivals with a much-needed three points at Turf Moor.

Burnley return to their home ground looking to capitalise on a promising four-point haul from back-to-back away games in the capital against Crystal Palace and Chelsea.

But at home it’s been tough going for the Clarets this season, having not won a league game there since October.

They face a Bees outfit that are flying high in seventh place, despite losing 2-0 at home to Brighton last weekend.

Scott Parker’s pre-match comments

“Keith Andrews has done a great job so far. Massively impressed and I know Keith pretty well.

“I've been in dialogue with Keith over many years really. Intelligent guy, someone who obviously has gone about his business and got to the level now where he is and has earned that right.

“This is not someone who's been put in a position out of luck. This is someone who's put in the hard graft and the hard yards to be in the position he's in.

“So I have huge respect for Keith and he's done an absolute fantastic job. A talented, talented coach, which we're all seeing.

“Obviously going into a club as well, which is well-structured and that's probably helped as well. But huge respect for Keith and what he's doing. I look forward to seeing him in the weekend and having a chat as always.”
