Manchester United are closely monitoring West Ham United forward Jarrod Bowen ahead of the summer transfer window, according to reports.
The Old Trafford side are among the 29-year-old’s potential suitors, as Bowen could look to leave West Ham if they suffer relegation from the Premier League.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side are 18th in the table with 10 games to play, two points off safety, but have shown improvement in recent matches, losing twice across their last seven.
Bowen has been West Ham’s top scorer in a difficult campaign, netting eight goals and providing three assists in 27 league appearances.

According to TEAMtalk, Bowen is viewing his West Ham future as ‘very open’ amid a difficult season for the club and has not ruled out leaving in case of relegation.
The ‘world-class’ 29-year-old is under contract with the club until the summer of 2030 but has no shortage of potential suitors in the Premier League, with both Man Utd and Tottenham keeping a close eye on his situation.
West Ham are believed to be valuing Bowen at around £52m, but the figure is likely negotiable if they drop to the Championship.
Bowen joined West Ham from Hull City in the summer of 2020 and was made club captain four years later, following Kurt Zouma’s departure.

Manchester United appear to be heading for another busy summer transfer window, after spending over £200m on new signings before the season.
The Red Devils added forwards Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha and Benjamin Sesko, as well as goalkeeper Senne Lammens.
With Casemiro set to leave on a free transfer, United have made the signing of a new midfielder their summer priority, while a shift to a 4-2-3-1 system may also force the club to explore wide forward options.

Amid their reported interest in Bowen, we asked ChatGPT how the England international could fit into United’s existing line-up, along with the likes of Mbeumo, Cunha and Bruno Fernandes:
Right-wing option – Bowen could take the right flank, offering direct running, crosses, and goal threat, complementing Sesko centrally and Cunha on the left.
Link with Bruno – His off-ball movement and pressing can create space for Fernandes to operate as the advanced playmaker, providing vertical passes and combinations.
Rotation and versatility – Bowen’s work rate allows him to rotate with Mbeumo or even play as a secondary striker in a 4-2-3-1, giving tactical flexibility for different opponents.
