David Moyes enjoyed the performances of both Beto and Thierno Barry as their goals led Everton to a win over Newcastle United.
Goals have been hard to come by for Everton this season, which makes the victory on Tyneside even more impressive.
Beto was given the nod over Barry in the starting XI to face Eddie Howe’s side, and it was a decision that proved to be a masterstroke from Moyes.
Neither striker had found the back of the net in the month of February, but the pair made sure they entered March on the back of a goal each.

Beto celebrates his goal for Everton in the away victory against Newcastle United.
“Both centre-forwards did a great job; got a goal each,” said Moyes.
“I thought Beto did really well, there was one which could have been in or out [of play], but he hits the bar with that one.
“Thierno then comes on and gets the winner!”
Iliman Ndiaye named Beto as his best friend at Everton and the striker will be many people’s favourite on Merseyside after that display.
Beto dominated in physical Newcastle challenge
It was a smart decision from Moyes to pull Barry out of the side as the Blues faced a physical challenge against Dan Burn and Malick Thiaw.
Barry is nursing an ongoing shoulder injury, which made Beto the man to tackle the physical battle against the towering Newcastle centre-backs.
Moyes got his selection absolutely correct when it came to his starting striker, with Beto up for the challenge from the start.
Despite not being the first-choice this season, the 28-year-old showed the determination that Moyes would have loved to see as he battled for every duel.
His performance and exemplary attitude were summed up by his hunger to get to the ball first for his goal.
