Carrick’s appointment at Old Trafford saw the arrival of new backroom staff, with Steve Holland and Jonathan Woodgate coming in and Travis Binnion and Jonny Evans continuing their roles from Darren Fletcher's interim stint.
Binnion, who was previously coach of our Under-21s side, has been working closely with the forwards, both as a group and on a one-to-one basis.
Benjamin Sesko is a player who has particularly benefited from the work, with the Slovenian having scored three important goals off the bench in February.
“Trav has done quite a bit of work with the forwards; sometimes as a unit, sometimes as a group and as individuals,” Carrick said.
