Tottenham half-time player ratings vs. Fulham – 4/10 for Van de Ven, 4/10 for Simons

Tottenham are struggling against Fulham at Craven Cottage.

Igor Tudor’s misery continues as Tottenham trial 2-0 at half-time against Fulham at Craven Cottage. An early Harry Wilson strike and an absolute ripper from Alex Iwobi meant that Spurs will have a lot of work to do going into the second half.

Here are the player ratings for Tottenham stars at half-time against Fulham.

Vicario – 6

Couldn’t do much about either goal. Was decent otherwise.

Porro – 5

Returned from injury. Was good in attack, playing in a few dangerous crosses. Defensively not good enough.

Micky van de Ven – 4

Wasn’t at his usual commanding presence. Positioning was below par.

Dragusin – 5

Better of the two CBs. Made a few important interceptions inside the box. Couldn’t do much about the second half.

Gray – 4

Didn’t look settled in a rather new position. Playing at LB in place of Djed Spence, Gray could have closed down Iwobi for the second goal. Wasn’t good going forward as well.

Palhinha – 5

Decent performance against his former team. Also had a chance from the edge of the box that was sent wide.

Gallagher – 3

Looked a bit lost at times. Not good enough from the new signing, who was quite passive going forward.

Bissouma – 5

Although he made a few line-breaking passes, it never resulted in anything significant.

Simons – 4

Yet another disappointing outing. His constant ‘releasing the ball late – attribute’ has once again plagued him.

Solanke – 5

Was closed down by Fulham defenders every time the Tottenham stars found him. A rather frustrating half.

Kolo Muani – 5

Made several runs, but again was cramped for space inside the box like Solanke was.
