An article in today’s Observer by George Simms repeats the rumours of [Karren Brady’](https://www.claretandhugh.info/huge-losses-west-ham-lose-104m-as-bradys-wages-increase/) imminent departure from West Ham.
Simms writes: “_Brady is believed to be considering imminent resignation, in part due to the dire accounts, but not helped by the December departure of her long-term friend and ally Tara Warren, who was announced as a non-executive director of the Independent Football Regulator nine days ago._
_If there are skeletons at the London Stadium, Warren would likely know where they are buried, and this cannot have been a popular decision given Brady’s vehement public opposition to the regulator._”
Karren Brady has privately denied she is about to resign from West Ham to a number of people.
She doesn’t believe she needs to respond publicly for fear of giving internet rumours the oxygen of greater publicity.
The publication of the Hammers accounts on Friday which date back to May last year and the departure of her right hand women Tara Warren are NOT factors of why she might leave West Ham in the future.
This piece in a Sunday paper today seems to be a delayed response to rumours last week which spread online of her imminent departure and nothing more.
