Harry Wilson continues to shine, with the Everton target now rivaling Erling Haaland after his latest outing for Fulham.

Wilson stands to become a free agent, and there are therefore many clubs monitoring his situation at the moment.
Everton are one such club, with David Moyes likely needing a replacement for Dwight McNeil this summer.
And today, Wilson has further shown he’d been a major upgrade on the Everton player.

Wilson really is enjoying a tremendous season.
Today, the Cottagers ran out 2-1 winners against Tottenham Hotspur – and Wilson starred for the hosts.
He gave Marco Silva’s side a dream start, scoring after seven minutes.

He lashed the ball home, after Spurs failed to clear their lines from a cross. He then set up former Everton midfielder Alex Iwobi to grab Fulham’s second. Iwobi fizzed a pass into him, which Wilson dealt with well before laying off the Nigerian to finish.
The goal contributions just underline the winger’s status as one of the most in-form players in the Premier League.
Indeed, Opta have published a statistic this afternoon, and Wilson now has 11 goal involvements (6 goals, 5 assists) since the start of December.
Only Manchester City superstar Erling Haaland has more since then, with 14.
Moyes can’t ignore Harry Wilson’s output
Wilson is red-hot right now, and there really is no reason why Everton shouldn’t be pushing for him this summer, assuming he doesn’t extend at Fulham.
Wingers who chip in with goals and assists regularly are not all that common.
But Wilson – who Everton did actually make an approach for in the winter window – is very clearly someone who’ll do this. And he hasn’t just been doing it this season.

In 178 appearances for Fulham, he’s scored 35 and made 45 assists. That’s 80 contributions in total.
For context, McNeil has managed 15 goals and 19 assists in 121 games for Everton.
He’ll be a wanted man this summer, but Everton have at least got to try and sign Wilson for all that he brings and the fact he’s an experienced Premier League player in his prime.
