Benjamin Sesko has a Cunha-like skill he hasn’t unleashed yet at Man Utd, it will unlock another level

Benjamin Sesko is starting to love life at Manchester United as the goals have started flowing, but he will really take off and become unstoppable when he unleashes his Matheus Cunha-like skill.

With the goal against Crystal Palace, Benjamin Sesko is now up to seven goals in the last eight games, with four of those goals directly earning points for United.

There is clearly confidence flowing through his veins, and that’s visible in the runs he makes, the headers he contests, and the duels he throws himself into.

At just 22, the sky is the limit for him, and when he unleashes his Matheus Cunha-like skill, he will truly become unstoppable.

Benjamin Sesko’s Matheus Cunha-like skill

On a cursory glance, Sesko is as complete a striker as it gets with his combination of physical tools and technical skills.

He has started showing that with his movement and finishing as he regains confidence, but go back and look at his highlight package at Leipzig and Salzburg.

You’ll find his usual unreal feats of athleticism, which are starting to transfer to Old Trafford, but you’ll also see how capable he is of giving venomous power to his shots.

Sesko has scored some truly thunderous long-range goals, hitting the ball with humongous power while having minimal backlift that catches the goalkeepers off guard.

Some shots are hit from so far out with such power that the goalkeeper even makes a business decision to stand and let the ball pass instead of trying to save it.

This is what Benjamin Sesko is really capable of!

Do you think Benjamin Sesko can hit this kind of form at Manchester United?

Having the ability to shoot from range is something only Matheus Cunha and Bruno Fernandes have in the current team.

Once Sesko starts to get confidence and replicate his efforts at previous clubs at Man Utd, he will be truly unstoppable.

Sesko’s long-range mastery will solve a Man Utd problem

United clearly still face issues against low-blocks, and there are two major ways of solving it.

One is to have intricate passing and zippy off-the-ball movement, which is difficult for United since most of their attackers like to operate in space.

The other is to break the door down with sheer force, which is where long-range shots come in.

Once the opposition realises that United have multiple threats to score from a genuine range, they will have to come out of their block and close players down.

That, in turn, creates space behind for players to run into and scramble the defensive shape of the opponent.

Cunha already gets closed down, and Fernandes is never left alone anyway. Once Sesko also scores a goal or two from range with his trademark venom, expect him to get closed down as well.

That means even more space, which plays right into the hands of United’s other attackers who thrive in space.

Not only will Sesko be unstoppable once he finds the confidence to let it rip from range, but the team as a whole will also be much better for it.
