Unai Emery’s side head to Old Trafford for another huge Premier League clash on March 15.
The two clubs are locked together on 51 points, with Villa in fourth place and United in third spot in the race for a top-four finish and qualification for the Champions League.
They both also tasted defeat on Wednesday night, Villa losing 4-1 against Chelsea at Villa Park and United losing 2-1 at Newcastle United.
Speaking after the defeat to Newcastle, goalkeeper Lammens, who the Red Devils chose to sign ahead of Villa’s Emi Martinez last summer, said: “Today, it's going to be a really disappointing feeling really but, like you said, we've got a couple of days and I think weeks, where we need to get together and think about how to react.
“Starting from tomorrow, it's going to be like this: training, keeping the intensity together, so we can deliver in the games and react in the next game.”
