Man Utd defender Lisandro Martinez is not expected to be available for the clash against Aston Villa this weekend, according to reports.
The Daily Mail claim that the Argentinian international is set to miss his fourth game in a row with a calf strain.
While it is emphasised that Martinez has not sustained a serious injury, fans on X are not particularly happy about the situation:

Not looking good now, I believe it’s high time we get an elite backup in defence.

Martinez has spent a month on the sidelines already
The 28-year-old last played against West Ham during the 1-1 draw in mid-February. He was subsequently ruled out for the fixtures versus Everton, Crystal Palace and Newcastle.
By the looks of things, Martinez may only be back for the trip to Bournemouth on Friday week, which means he would have been on the treatment table for nearly six weeks.
Latest Man Utd injury news
While the news about Martinez is unwelcome, there are some positive updates to report on the injury front. Noussair Mazraoui should be in contention to face Villa after picking up a knock against Newcastle. There is hope that Mason Mount will be ready too.
However, Matthijs de Ligt (back) and Patrick Dorgu (hamstring) still need more time before they are back available for selection once again. There is a more comprehensive update on injuries here.
