Former strikers Stuart Pearson and Andy Ritchie will be in the dugout, as the hosts celebrate the 50th anniversary of their one and only FA Cup triumph, against United, back in 1976.
Pearson played at Wembley that day and also in the showpiece event in the following year, when he scored against Liverpool in a 2-1 victory for Tommy Docherty's men.
Wes Brown, Dimitar Berbatov and Louis Saha are among the other names expected to feature for the Reds on the south coast.
