Ligue 1 Predictions, Round 26
GFFN editor-in-chief Luke Entwistle, and sub-editors Raphaël Jucobin and Bastien Cheval face off in our Ligue 1 predictions competition. This season, GFFN will also be hosting guests. Earlier this season, The Athletic’s Alex Barker participated and became the first name on our guest leaderboard, and he has since been joined by Julien Laurens. It’s three points for a correct score, two points for a correct score difference, and one point for a correct result. Who will come out on top at the end of the season?

Game of the week: Stade Rennais v Lille OSC, Sunday 19:45 (UK)
It has been an excellent start to life at Stade Rennais for Franck Haise, who has not only won his first three games in charge, but has also done so by keeping a clean sheet in each game. His side netted four against OGC Nice last weekend. In fifth, Esteban Lepaul, in hot goal-scoring form, said that the Breton club can aim for the Champions League places. Why not? They arguably have a better chance than Lille OSC, whose attacking problems are serious. Hamza Igamane’s injury has not helped matters, but there is still plenty of quality and goalscoring should not be as big a problem it is, given the personnel.
