**Robert Lewandowski has not closed the door on the idea of a move to Italy, amid links with AC Milan and Juventus.**
Earlier in the week, Corriere della Sera published a report which claimed that Massimiliano Allegri has asked for more say on signings this summer. Among the things he wants is a centre-forward, and the paper believe that he has asked for an experienced name, with [**Lewandowski top of the list**](https://sempremilan.com/allegri-more-say-lewandowski-barcelona-idea).
At 37 years of age (38 on August 21st), Lewandowski is still going strong having scored 14 goals this season. However, as [Calciomercato.com](https://www.calciomercato.com/liste/juventus-e-milan-su-lewandowski-non-ho-ancora-deciso-il-mio-futuro-mi-voleva-il-genoa-serie-a-molto-competitiva-il-calcio-italiano-non-mi-sembra-in-crisi/blt635c757768e7d4b4#csc6efe4c4b254f7cc) confirm, his deal with Barcelona expires in June and the Polish striker is being eyed by Juventus and Milan.
**Serie A move not excluded**

The striker gave an interview to SportWeek – the weekly magazine published by La Gazzetta dello Sport – in which he commented on his future.
“Honestly, there’s nothing to say about my future today, I’m being sincere. The goal is to get to the end of the season with as many wins, goals and titles as possible. Then we’ll see. I’m not thinking about it and I haven’t decided, it’s not a priority at the moment,” he said.
“In 2010, I was still in Poland and was about to join Borussia Dortmund. Genoa wanted to sign me, so they invited me to a match against Sampdoria. I was curious to see what the club, the stadium, and the atmosphere were like.
“Also to be fair to those who had shown interest in me, I came to watch the derby at the Marassi. That was the only time I’ve ever spoken with an Italian team.
“I see the Italian league as very competitive, it’s usually hard-fought and the same team doesn’t always win. In the Champions League you had Juventus in the final and then Inter in the final, it doesn’t seem to be in crisis to me.”
