Juventus may have an unexpected ally in their pursuit of Bernardo Silva: midfielder Francisco Conceição.
The 23‑year‑old has admitted he would recommend Juventus to his Portuguese teammate if the club ask for his help.
His comments follow reports from Türkiye claiming Galatasaray are ready to offer Silva €15m per year to join this summer. Galatasaray have scheduled a second round of talks with Silva’s agents for April.
Silva’s contract at Manchester City expires at the end of the season. All indications suggest he is ready to end his trophy‑filled nine‑year stay at the Etihad.
Galatasaray’s €15m Offer Changes the Landscape
Galatasaray have moved aggressively to steal a march on their European rivals.
Reports today claim the Turkish giants are advancing to a second stage of negotiations, with €15m per year plus bonuses on the table.
Few European clubs are believed to be willing or able to match that level of salary. Juventus are among those clubs.

“I know Bernardo very well, I know he’s strong, but we haven’t talked about that,” Sport Mediaset report him saying.
“I don’t know if Juventus will want to buy him, but if he asks me anything I’ll tell him that Juventus is a great club and that we want to win here. Every team in the world would like to have Bernardo Silva.”

Despite Galatasaray’s financial power, Juventus will remain confident of getting Silva’s signature this summer.
Salary will not be the only factor in Silva’s decision this summer. Juventus may be able to convince him with their sporting project, Champions League football and, perhaps, familiarity with Portuguese players like Conceição.
The pair have played together for Portugal, starring during Euro 2024 and in matches since. Super‑agent Jorge Mendes represents both players. That connection could prove crucial.
