Manchester United are considering an unexpected swap deal that could see Altay Bayindir return to Türkiye, with Wilfred Ndidi heading to Old Trafford.

One unexpected angle is United’s consideration of including Bayindir in negotiations for Ndidi. He’s a player they have monitored for several seasons. In fact, a report linked them with a move in January.
Sporx reports that internal discussions have taken place, with United weighing up whether Bayindir could reduce the overall cost of a move.
Ndidi only joined the Turkish side last summer in an €8m move. He is under contract until 2028, with the option of an additional year. That gives Beşiktaş a strong negotiating position and Manchester United appear to be exploring multiple pathways to getting him.

Beşiktaş, meanwhile, are pushing hard to strengthen their goalkeeper department. Bayindir appears to be the one they see as the ideal solution.
Yalçın has reportedly informed club officials that the Manchester United goalkeeper is his top target. The situation is being monitored, with Beşiktaş ready to move if they get the green light from Manchester United.
Bayındır’s lack of playing time in England makes a summer exit increasingly likely, and a return to the Süper Lig would give him the regular football he needs.
