Everton welcome Chelsea to the Hill Dickinson Stadium this weekend.
The Toffees fell to a 2-0 defeat to Arsenal last time out, so they’ll be keen to bounce back against Chelsea on Saturday evening.

The Toffees have won just one match under his stewardship, which was actually his first-ever time officiating them.

That came back in November 2023, when Sean Dyche’s men defeated Crystal Palace 3-2 at Selhurst Park.
Since then, the Merseysiders have been winless with Barrott, with the young referee most recently officiating their 1-0 defeat to Arsenal at the Hill Dickinson Stadium earlier this season.

Sam Barrott’s record with Everton
There was some controversy in that fixture, as Moyes felt his side should’ve been awarded a penalty when William Saliba appeared to foul Thierno Barry.
The Toffees manager was seen engaged in discussions with Barrott after the game.
“I’d like to (repeat it), but I’d probably be fined in some ways. You need to find ways at Sky to talk to referees or don’t bother asking me,” Moyes said in his post-match interview.
“It was a day where just a lot of things didn’t quite suit and go our way. There was quite a few people going down injured.
“The referee was blowing up for them. It’s a different football club here. We play tough. We expect our referees to do the same.”
On the penalty decision, Moyes added: “I think they’re saying it’s insignificant contact, and it might have been. May well have been. They come up with new words for every decision don’t they.”
