The PNE youngster is out on loan with the National League North side
Preston North End youngster Felipe netted another goal for AFC Fylde on Tuesday evening.
The Lilywhites sent the 19-year-old out on his first loan, at the end of January. Since then, the forward has scored five goals across 10 appearances - racking up 508 minutes of football for the Coasters.
His latest strike was a precise effort to break the deadlock at Hereford, whom Craig Mahon’s men went to beat 4-1. Felipe, who has trained with Argentina U17s, was also on the score sheet in wins over Curzon Ashton, Peterborough Sports and Telford.
With victory last time out, Fylde maintained their position at the top of the table with 85 points from 38 games. One of Felipe’s team mates at Mill Farm is ex-North End winger, Danny Mayor, who came through the academy at Deepdale.
The teenager signed his first professional deal at PNE in November 2023 and sees that contract expire this summer. He first broke on to the scene with five goals against Rotherham United, in the FA Youth Cup.
Felipe has not made his first team bow for North End but was an unused substitute on six occasions last season, as well as the previous campaign. He scored an assisted in a 4-1 win over Liverpool, in the 2024/25 FA Youth Cup, before netting a brace in the round after - where PNE were beaten 5-2 by Manchester United.
