Palace eyeing new winger ahead of Europa Conference League showdown

Although Palace have failed to build on an excellent 2024-25 campaign, there is still an opportunity to make a success of the season, as they are set to travel to AEK Larnaca for the second leg of their Europa Conference League round of 16 tie.

The first leg at Selhurst Park finished 0-0, and Oliver Glasner subsequently suggested he may look to tweak things next time out, saying: "We will play the third game against them, and it's time to score. We will maybe change a few things.

Eagles in pole position in race for "powerful" Millwall star

According to a report from Sports Boom, Crystal Palace are now leading the race to sign Millwall star Femi Azeez, despite interest from a whole host of rival Premier League clubs, namely rivals Brighton, Sunderland, Everton and Leeds United.

The Lions are having a fantastic campaign, currently sitting fourth in the Championship table, meaning it would take a big offer to tempt them into a sale this summer.

Azeez is poised to move to the Premier League ahead of next season, regardless of whether Millwall achieve their dream of promotion to the top flight, and it is no surprise, given that he has been one of their key players this season.

Indeed, the right-winger has made 27 Championship appearances this season, during which time he's amassed a very respectable 16 goal involvements.
