Keith Andrews takes his Brentford side to Elland Road on Saturday to face Leeds United in a game that could have a big impact on the Premier League standings.
Leeds have managed just one point from their last three matches but still sit 15th, three points above the relegation zone. They’ll be eager to get back to winning ways at home and ease the growing pressure.

Brentford, on the other hand, are chasing European football and currently occupies seventh place. However, they come into this one on the back of a frustrating result, having thrown away a two-goal lead to draw 2–2 with Wolves on Monday night.
Leeds require a result, but the Brentford clash is set to hand a lifeline to Jayden Bogle, who recently lost his place in Daniel Farke’s starting eleven.
Jayden Bogle has been handed a huge chance to reclaim his place in the team
The Leeds defender has been a key player since he arrived in 2025, and his performances played a key role in getting them promoted last season.
Bogle has again been key in the Premier League, which led to rumours of Liverpool wanting to sign him in the January transfer window.
However, the right-back found himself on the bench against Crystal Palace as Daniel Farke decided to continue James Justin in the team following his impressive performances at centre-back.
Gabriel Gudmundsson’s red card meant Bogle came on in the second half at Selhurst Park to shore up the defence. However, it seems Justin has usurped him in the team.
However, with Gudmundsson suspended for the Brentford game, Bogle is almost certain to start on Saturday, with Justin playing as the left wing-back.
A chance to reclaim his spot
Justin’s form has been hard to ignore, and it would have been harsh to drop him after he played well at centre-back in the last few games.
However, Bogle has been one of the most consistent players in the Leeds squad since 2025, and for a long time, was one of the first names on the team sheet.
Competition for places is only good for Leeds, but Bogle has every right to feel a little hard done by when he saw his name missing from the starting eleven against Palace.
However, he has a great chance to show why he should always be in the Leeds starting eleven when they host Brentford at Elland Road on Saturday.
A solid performance from Bogle will give Farke more headaches once Gudmundsson returns from his suspension after the international break.
