Daniel Farke provided a wholly positive update on the state of his Leeds United squad ahead of Saturday’s game against Brentford. The Whites welcome Keith Andrews’ side to Elland Road for a huge clash under the lights this weekend knowing victory would pull them six points clear of relegation - for the night, at least.
Leeds have been without Noah Okafor since mid-February and after returning to training last week, the winger suffered a small setback and missed Crystal Palace. But Farke had a more encouraging update in his pre-Brentford press conference. Gabriel Gudmundsson is definitely out, however.
The Portuguese winger is out for the season having sustained an anterior cruciate ligament injury, undergoing surgery in November.
