Falk says that United were at the table for the Canada international prior to him signing a new five-year contract at the Allianz Arena in February 2025.
The fact he has four years remaining on his contract with Bayern could make a deal difficult to do for the Red Devils, although Bayern are considering looking for an alternative option to Davies because of his injury issues.
