Manchester United played out a chaotic 2-2 draw against Bournemouth in the Premier League with Harry Maguire sent off at the Vitality Stadium. The central defender was shown a straight red card for a foul in the penalty area on Evanilson with Eli Junior Kroupi equalising to help his side pick up a point.
Senne Lammens and Djorde Petrovic were both forced into multiple saves in an enthralling first half with the Cherries shot-stopper making two superb stops to deny Amad and Fernandes. He was ultimately beaten by the latter from the penalty spot after Matheus Cunha was fouled by Alex Jimenez.
Ryan Christie equalised for the hosts in controversial fashion after what looked to be a foul on Amad in the build up. A James Hill own goal after that saw fury subside, but Bournemouth got back into the game with Kroupi scoring off the bench from 12 yards after Maguire was shown a red card for denying a goal-scoring opportunity.
