Everton are still acting on feedback from supporters regarding the new ground.
As we approach the end of the 2025/26 campaign, the Hill Dickinson Stadium has now played host to 17 games in all competitions, with The Friedkin Group actively making changes based on what Everton supporters have been saying.
Fans disagreed with the presence of a DJ outside of the Hill Dickinson Stadium following a 3-0 defeat against Tottenham back in October, who has since been removed.
Now, another change has been made, this time in regards to the four ‘Through Pass’ kiosks at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Everton lower Through Pass pre-authorisation charge to £5
The Toffees have a cool, revolutionary feature at the new stadium called a Through Pass kiosk. It allows fans to simply walk in, tap their bank card and grab whatever they want without having to queue, thanks to a pre-authorisation charge of £20 upon entering.
This is then later refunded minus the total cost of any purchases made, or with more added on if a supporter spends over £20.
However, Everton have now announced ahead of the clash against Chelsea on Saturday evening that the pre-authorisation charge will now be just £5.

It suggests Everton fans have – on average – been spending far less than £20 on goods inside these Through Pass kiosks, so a change has now been made to streamline the process for supporters.
’Through Pass’ kiosks will offer a seamless, grab-and-go experience with no check-outs.
Fans can tap their card to activate payment, walk in, grab their food and drink and simply walk out.

However, it proves The Friedkin Group – who now have a partnership with Heinz – are keen to hear what Everton fans have been experiencing since departing Goodison Park, and want to make life at the new ground as pleasing as possible.
