Nottingham Forest have now been gifted a major injury boost ahead of facing Tottenham Hotspur in a crucial game in the Premier League's relegation battle.
Pereira calls for consistency ahead of huge Tottenham clash
If Nottingham Forest are to survive then securing three points against Tottenham will be crucial this weekend. Victory will take the Tricky Trees out of the bottom three with just eight games to go, with their fate in their own hands. It arguably doesn't get bigger for Vitor Pereira and his side.
They've already made a good start to their week too, after defeating Midtjylland on penalties to reach the last eight of the Europa League. Now, it's all about repeating that performance in North London.
Even with so much on the line, however, Pereira has remained calm. He told reporters ahead of Tottenham this Sunday: "Of course it is important to get points from the game. But we have eight games until the end and we need to get points. We need to face the games with the mentality to get points everywhere and in all the games.
"I don’t care if we are playing at home or away. No, it is XI against XI on the pitch and a chance for us to prove we have quality. That is what happened on Thursday."

The Brazilian could be set to leave Forest this summer.
The Forest boss also called for consistency from his side after Thursday's victory, saying: "The energy of a win is different and creates the confidence we need to have. Since the first day, I said we have a lot of talent, we just need to be consistent in our game."
It's easier said than done to find that consistency, but the return of Chris Wood will go a long way towards providing exactly that.
Pereira confirms Chris Wood return date
Losing Wood has been a major blow for Forest. They've struggled to find a consistent goalscorer ever since, whether it's been Igor Jesus or Lorenzo Lucca attempting to step up.

Alas, with eight games left to play, Wood has made his return to training. Pereira confirmed the news, revealing that he expects the veteran forward to play a part in the run-in and that he started the warm-up with the rest of his teammates earlier this week.
"Chris Wood is out recovering. Ortega is in condition to play tomorrow. I think that's all. I am watching him in training. He started the warm-up with us today, with the team.
"I don’t want to push him, but I think he will be able to help us in the last games. He is important for the group, he is important because he has quality and will score goals. He has the personality to help us."
With their Premier League status on the line, Wood's timing can't be any better. He scored 20 goals last season and may yet leave his mark on the current campaign after being sidelined since October.
