Igor Tudor has made three changes to his Tottenham team to face Nottingham Forest in a massive Premier League relegation battle on Sunday.

Spurs take on Vitor Pereira's side at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with the two teams sat 16th and 17th in the table respectively and just a point apart. Tudor has players starting to come back into contention, with Dominic Solanke back in the starting line-up up front with Lucas Bergvall, Destiny Udogie, Conor Gallagher on a strong bench.

Goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario plays through the pain one last time before heading off to get much-needed hernia surgery next week.

In the Wednesday night win against Atletico Madrid, Pedro Porro played as a right winger with Radu Dragusin as the right-back and it could be that Kevin Danso plays as a right-back behind the Spaniard rather than in a back three on Sunday.

In midfield, Archie Gray and Pape Matar Sarr start again despite Joao Palhinha being back available after his concussion. Xavi Simons earned big praise from Tudor after creating chances aplenty for Spurs in their win over Atletico with the Croatian telling football.london that the Dutchman was a "beautiful surprise", but is on the bench with Randal Kolo Muani.
