The latest name to be linked is a player who has been described by the Bundesliga website as an "explosive winger" in the form of 20-year-old Bazoumana Traore.

Traore plies his trade in Germany for Hoffenheim where he has become something of an assist king. He has two goals to his name this season, but is in double figures for assists with 10 in 23 league appearances.
United may face competition for his signature, with Newcastle previously linked with a move for the 20-year-old.
The report from Fussball Daten also states that Arsenal and Bayern Munich have also scouted the young Ivorian, who looks set to be in high demand this summer.
Magpies scouts have been impressed by his quality in a transition-heavy side, and his 'fearless' ability to run at isolated defenders makes him a potential match-winner.
While a new forward would help on the attacking front as United look to challenge once more at the top of the Premier League table, it is in central midfield that is the most pressing and they have been linked with a number of high-profile central midfield players to replace Casemiro, who will leave Old Trafford at the end of his contract in the summer.

Guimaraes is likely to cost in the region of £69million and could been prised away from St James' Park if Newcastle do not qualify for European competition at the end of the current campaign.

Any final decisions on transfers will have to wait until a new permanent manager is appointed at the end of the 2025/26 season, with Michael Carrick only in interim charge until then.
