Nuno Espirito Santo should make another appointment to his backroom staff after seeing Paco Jemez’s impact.
West Ham’s form has improved drastically since Nuno’s former Deportivo La Coruna teammate joined as an assistant in January.
Jemez’s expertise has helped several attacking players, including Jarrod Bowen and Crysencio Summerville.
Nuno should now hire another coach over the international break to fix the Hammers’ main problem.
What would you say if Paco Jemez took Nuno’s job?
He's certainly made a big impact…

West Ham should hire set-piece coach during international break
While the transfer window is shut and clubs cannot sign any new players, they can still appoint new staff to help them.
West Ham should take advantage of this by adding a set-piece coach to Nuno’s backroom team over the next fortnight.
The Hammers have conceded more goals from set pieces (17) than any other Premier League team this season.

Given their struggles in this area, it is remarkable that West Ham do not have anyone to hold entirely responsible.
Therefore, Nuno should act quickly to bring in a set-piece coach with seven games remaining to avoid relegation.
Perhaps he could turn to former Hammers player and coach Kevin Nolan, who was recently sacked from Northampton.
Whatever the solution, West Ham cannot afford to continue shipping goals from corners, or they will be heading for the Championship.
