The 23-cap Wales international has been one of the standout performers in the Championship, registering a whopping 21 goal involvements.

The Mail claims that Everton scouts have reported back to Finch Farm with positive accounts, so it seems the club has already given the green light on the potential transfer; it’s up to Moyes and his staff now.

Thomas is a left-winger by trade, but he can also operate as a right-winger and even as a centre-forward.
He would provide great depth in a number of key areas, which will be especially important if Everton qualify for Europe.
