The Blues currently sit third in the division, chasing down Coventry City and Middlesbrough in the top two, while Millwall, Hull City and Southampton make up the rest of the top six.
While Town still see automatic promotion as the aim, and have their fate in their own hands, there's still a chance that the play-offs will be required for them to return to the top flight.
The dates have now been confirmed, with sixth hosting third in the first leg on Friday, May 8th (8pm) and fifth hosting fourth on Saturday, May 9th (12:30pm).
The second legs take place the following week. Third will host sixth on Monday, May 11th (8pm), while fourth will host fifth on Tuesday, May 12th (8pm).
The winners of those two ties will meet in the final on Saturday, May 23rd, with the kick-off time still be confirmed.
