'Everybody’ at Everton now feels the same way about Beto after recent form

Beto is one of the most talked-about players in the Premier League right now.

Beto stunned Chelsea with a brace and an assist at the weekend in what was perhaps his best performance of his Everton career.

Should Everton actually be getting Beto tied down to a new contract? 🤔

He'll only have a year left this summer…

Speaking after the game, David Moyes was full of praise for Beto, explaining that he’s one of the hardest-working players at Finch Farm.

The Athletic journalist Patrick Boyland, on the Blue Room EFC YouTube channel, has now revealed how everyone at the club feels about Beto’s recent form.

Beto is so popular inside the club

Boyland explained that everyone around the training ground is so happy for Beto, as he’s clearly a very popular member of Moyes’ squad.

“I get the sense that everybody at Everton’s delighted that he’s going like this,” the journalist stated.

“Don’t forget, by the way, that Everton could have cashed in on it on him or they could have sent him away in January.

“I reported that others will have reported that as well, but I think they made the decision knowing that the striker market again was pretty limited, that you’ve got a guy here who, in the right circumstances, can succeed if you play to his strengths.”

Surely everyone is Moyes in now? 🤔

Jack Grealish posted a message about Beto on social media after his sensational display against Chelsea.

“So happy for this guy,” the Manchester City loanee said.

“One of the most hard-working players I know! Gwarnnnnn (go on) Beto.”

Moyes and his recruitment chiefs now have a tough decision to make on Beto; do they offer him a new deal and sell him in the summer?

Considering his contract is up next year, this upcoming window would be the final chance for the Toffees to cash in on him for a decent fee.
