On-loan Spurs youngster pulls out of Euro qualifiers
Rangers winger Mikey Moore has withdrawn from England Under-19 duty for medical reasons.
The on-loan Tottenham Hotspur teenager was due to head to Portugal over the international break after being called up to the Young Lions squad for their Euro 2026 qualifiers against Serbia, Poland and Portugal.
However, Moore will now remain in Glasgow after pulling out of the triple header with his place in the squad taken by Harry Howell from Brighton & Hove Albion.

The official England Football website stated that Moore has withdrawn on "medical grounds", which is likely to be a precautionary move after Rangers manager Danny Rohl revealed that the 18-year-old had been nursing a minor issue in the lead up to the weekend match against Aberdeen.
Moore shook off the injury to start and score in the 4-1 over over the Dons at Ibrox, with his performance also earning him a place in the SPFL Team of the Week.
Rangers will be keen to ensure Moore remains fit and healthy for the Scottish Premiership title race run-in, which resumes with the visit of Dundee United after the international break. The Govan side are currently three points behind leaders Hearts and two points ahead of Celtic, who are third, with seven matches remaining.
Moore has emerged as one of Rangers’ most creative players in recent weeks and he has become a darling of the club’s fanbase, who are desperate for him to prolong his stay from Spurs.
“I've loved every single second I've been here and I think the club is special and it's special to me now,” Moore said in his post-match interview. “For me, I'm just going to enjoy the next seven games and obviously I need to speak to people back home. I never know what can happen. For me, to be honest, I have no clue. We'll have conversations in the summer and we'll see what happens.

“I don't know if there's been much club-to-club contact yet, but I know that people have spoke to me and the people around me, so conversations are happening and we'll see what happens come the end of the season. I just want to enjoy the last seven games and obviously I've absolutely loved it up here, so we'll see what happens.
“Obviously, I don't know what's happening with the manager and what's happening at the club at the minute. We'll see how the season ends, who comes in and I'm going to speak to people and just try and find the best solution for me. I think this has been unbelievable for me and if it's right for me next year, then I'd love to stay here, but we have to see what's going to happen.”
