Beto is still of interest to Fenerbahce as reports of a new Everton contract offer have emerged.
The Toffees have struggled in the centre-forward department for much of the season, but Beto proved his worth with two goals against Chelsea.
David Moyes’ side put themselves firmly on the path to European qualification with that 3-0 win and the number nine redeeming himself.
Beto has long been a point of criticism among supporters, and calls for him to be replaced have frequently been made.
Now, the Blues seemingly want to keep hold of Beto, but with Fenerbahçe still looking to swoop in for a transfer for the Everton striker, they may face difficulties.

According to Turkish outlet SOK, Everton have offered Beto a new contract, but the Guinea-Bissau international rejected the chance to sign new terms.
The situation at Hill Dickinson Stadium has alerted Fenerbahce, who had looked into signing Beto in the winter transfer window.
The report out of Turkey states that the Istanbul outfit will move back in for the Toffees striker ahead of next season.
Fenerbahce remain confident due to Beto’s contract expiring in 2027, leaving this window one of the final chances for Everton to recoup some money. Beto is reportedly valued at around £17.3million.
