With relegation still a real threat and an FA Cup quarter-final on the horizon, the next stretch of games could shape the entire season.
The Hammers return to action on April 5 with a huge clash against Leeds United at the London Stadium — and they’ve now been handed a timely boost ahead of that tie.

Jean-Clair Todibo is expected to be available for the FA Cup quarter-final, offering a significant lift to West Ham’s defensive options.
The French centre-back had been due to start against Aston Villa but suffered an injury during the pre-match warm-up, forcing a late change. Early social media footage appeared to show Todibo clutching his calf as he left the pitch, raising fears of another setback.
However, those concerns now appear to have eased. A source close to the club told Claret & Hugh: “He should be fit for the next game.”
The same source, who has reportedly spoken directly with both the player and club staff, also expressed confidence that Todibo will be ready not just for Leeds, but for the crucial Premier League clash against Wolves later in April.
Todibo Return Crucial
Todibo’s return could prove vital at a critical stage of the season.
While Axel Disasi has impressed since arriving on loan, the French duo had begun to form a strong partnership at the heart of the defence before Todibo’s setback. Their performances in the win over Fulham and the draw with Manchester City highlighted how important that pairing could be.
His absence was clearly felt against Aston Villa, disrupting the rhythm West Ham had started to build at the back.
With seven huge Premier League games still to come, alongside their FA Cup ambitions, getting Todibo back fit could make all the difference. If West Ham are to secure survival and potentially make a cup run, having their defensive unit at full strength may prove absolutely crucial.
