Wolves' relegation from the Premier League is yet to be confirmed, having managed to collect seven points from their last three matches, but Rob Edwards has hit back at the suggestion his side have improved in recent weeks due to a decrease in expectations.
Edwards said: "I don't feel that, I feel like we're putting a good amount of pressure on them to perform, we have to."
However, having collected just 17 points throughout the campaign, it is almost inevitable the Old Gold will be playing Championship football next season, which means it could be difficult to keep hold of some of their stars.

Joao Gomes is one of the players who has been attracting interest from elsewhere, with Serie A giants Napoli and Premier League rivals Manchester United, who need to bring in a replacement for Casemiro, among the potential suitors.

Wolves now in pole position to sign "superb" midfielder
According to a report from Football Insider, Wolves are now the favourites to strike a deal to sign BK Hacken midfielder Silas Andersen, and they believe he could play a major role in helping them to mount a promotion push in the Championship next season.
That is despite rival interest from Scottish giants Rangers and Celtic, who have also set their sights on the 21-year-old, but the Old Gold's parachute payments could help them ensure they come out on top.
Earlier this week, it was revealed Celtic were leading the race for the youngster, but there has now been a fresh twist, and there are plenty of indications he could be a solid addition to Edwards' squad.
