Sunderland fans can help Regis Le Bris beat under-fire Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe for the second time in a week.

Five top flight bosses have been nominated for the March Barclays Manager of the Month award; Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta, Newcastle’s Eddie Howe, Brighton’s Fabian Hurzeler, Sunderland’s Regis Le Bris and Everton chief David Moyes.

Le Bris, fresh from the superb 2-1 Tyne-Wear win over Newcastle United at St James’ Park on Sunday lunchtime, will be hoping to do the treble over Howe this season - and Sunderland fans can help.

To vote, click here. Fans have until noon on Monday to cast their vote, which will be combined with those of a panel of football experts to decide the winner.

A Premier League statement read: “Five Premier League managers have been nominated for the March 2026 Barclays Manager of the Month award, and you can help decide who wins. You, the fans, have until 12:00 BST on Monday 30 March to vote below for one of Mikel Arteta, Eddie Howe, Fabian Hurzeler, Regis Le Bris or David Moyes.

“The supporters' votes will be combined with those of a panel of football experts to decide the winner, who will be revealed next week.”

Their statement regarding Le Bris’ nomination read: “Regis Le Bris (Sunderland)P3 W2 D0 L1 GD+1 Sunderland opened March with a hard-fought victory against Leeds United at Elland Road and recovered well from a defeat against Brighton to close the month out with a well-earned victory against Newcastle in the Tyne-Wear derby. Despite his side going behind after 10 minutes, Le Bris became just the second Sunderland manager to win each of his first two league games against Newcastle, after Gus Poyet during the 2013/14 season.”
