This bombshell report comes from Sky Sports journalist Danyal Khan, who has reported interest in Lewis-Skelly.
United have placed Lewis-Skelly on their list of potential left-back signings in 2026, with the Arsenal talent falling out of favour with Mikel Arteta.
Lewis-Skelly has started just one Premier League game this season, and now United are interested, with Arsenal needing to sell this summer to buy, which could see them sacrifice the 19-year-old.

The Arsenal talent burst onto the scene last season, shining in the Champions League, but he’s struggled this year, which could mean the Gunners are willing to sell.
It would be the latest Arsenal talent to join United, following Chido Obi and Ayden Heaven, but this would be an entirely different transfer, costing a great deal more.

Lewis-Skelly would be a really shrewd signing by United, potentially for a very reasonable fee if Arsenal are keen on selling him.
Not only would the 19-year-old start for United at left-back, but Lewis-Skelly was a midfielder by trade while in the academy, and even when breaking through at Arsenal.
Therefore, he would also offer United midfield depth as a potential fallback option to come in as an all-action midfielder.
