West Ham and David Sullivan should use their failed winter move for Andreas Schjelderup as motivation for a second transfer attempt this summer after seeing his stunning goal for Norway this Friday.
The Benfica star scored a curling beauty for his country, who were beaten 2-1 by the Netherlands this week, and is someone whom the Hammers previously tried to sign this year.
Sullivan was throwing cash at the market in an attempt to help Nuno Espirito Santoโs chances of keeping the Irons in the Premier League this season, and Schjelderup was a target.
The winger is widely known for being a big future star on the video game, Football Manager, and is someone active players look to sign for their clubs.
West Ham could go back in for Schjelderup this summer, especially if they manage to stay in the top-flight, and it would be a smart move to make.

West Ham were in talks with Schjelderup in the early stages of the January transfer window, as Sullivan hopefully still has the phone number of the forwardโs agent.
Heโs a regular for Norway, and he stepped up for his country in the absence of Erling Haaland, with his side ultimately falling short to the Netherlandsโ star-studded squad in a friendly match.

Schjelderup is someone whom Sullivan should, and probably is, keeping an eye on, as West Hamโs potential to stay in the Premier League must have them keeping tabs on a possible summer transfer.

Schjelderup is a natural left-winger, as seen in the goal he scored against the Netherlands, which is possibly why West Ham were slightly hesitant to make a winter move.
Thatโs because Crysencio Summerville started to show promising signs under Nuno, and weeks later, he quickly became one of West Hamโs most important players.
