Daniel Svensson says he has no intention of leaving Borussia Dortmund in the summer.
The Sweden international has been linked with Leeds United and Arsenal in the last few weeks – and is currently away with the Whites’ Gabriel Gudmundsson.
The pair are hoping to help Graham Potter’s side past Poland and to qualification for the World Cup in the summer – and for Svensson that seems to be as far as it goes.
German outlet Bild said that Leeds are particularly keen on the left wing-back and that they are planning to swoop in the summer. Svensson has been with BVB since February 2025, having joined from FC Nordsjælland, first on loan and then permanently.

He has made 60 appearances, scored six goals and provided six assists since then, including two goals in nine Champions League games this term.
Real Madrid are claimed to have scouted him but the 24-year-old is in no rush to move.
“I’m really happy in Dortmund; I haven’t been there for that long. I feel like I have more to do there. I’m really happy to be there,” he said.
However he told Fotbollskanalen: “I haven’t heard anything about it, to be honest. I have nothing to say about it. Because I don’t know anything about it. It’s not something I’m thinking about. But it’s clear that it’s fun.
“I’m just focusing on Dortmund. That’s where I am and I’m really enjoying it. It’s not something I have any focus on. We have important games left in the season.”
Leeds currently have Gudmundsson playing left wing back – and have James Justin as an option on the rare occasions one of the finds of this season has not played.
Svensson will has another three years left on his contract at the end of this season.
