Leeds United have a huge run of fixtures coming up. From now till the end of the season, the team have to navigate some huge games that will decide their Premier League fate.

Things were made more difficult after the club failed to get a win in their last four games. The Whites entered the international break with a draw, where they needed a win. Daniel Farke’s men have gotten just two points out of four games and that slump has been enough for their relegation rivals to close the gap over the last few weeks. Fans will be hoping that the team can hang in there and earn another season in the top flight.

Leeds United star gives huge injury update

This weekend will see Leeds United face West Ham in the FA Cup. Unlike in the league, the Whites have a much better campaign in the domestic competition. Some will say their draw favoured them, but making it to the quarter finals is not as easy as it looks. Farke’s men have a good chance of making the FA Cup semi-finals this weekend.

The club have been handed a huge boost this week, as Noah Okafor provided an injury update. The winger left Switzerland’s camp during the international break, with many fearing that he may have picked up a knock. Okafor has now confirmed on his Instagram, that he only left camp due to a precaution and will be okay to play on Sunday.

“That was great fun,” posted on his story.

“Very grateful for this week with the national team. Gave everything on and off the training pitch to support the team.

“Of course, I would have liked to play too, but so soon after my injury, we decided not to take any risks. Thank you – hope to see you very soon.”

Daniel Farke will be keen to have Noah Okafor back

Leeds United have lacked an attacking spark for a while; since Okafor got injured, the team have struggled for goals. And even though the winger has not been that productive this season, his presence on the pitch opens up a lot for the rest of the team. He was in great form, scoring two goals in two games before picking up the injury in the FA Cup. Now, Daniel Farke will have a very good option available to him for the coming games. Noah Okafor stretches teams, and brings directness and a real threat in behind the defence. Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been really isolated recently, and the winger’s return could help with that.
