Manchester United and Belgium star Senne Lammens has insisted that his confidence between the sticks had not been hindered by one tricky approach in the Premier League this season.
Senne Lammens, who has been away on international duty with Belgium during the March international break, has been praised for his impact at the Red Devils so far.
The 23-year-old Manchester United shot-stopper has made 25 appearances in the Premier League this season and has kept five clean sheets to his name so far.
Lammens has had to quickly adapt from the Belgian Pro League to the Premier League style of football after his 2025 transfer exit from Royal Antwerp.

Senne Lammens thinks that he has coped strongly for Man Utd amid the physical demands of the Premier League
Senne Lammens had been experienced with Belgian-based football, but the Manchester United star was viewed as an unknown quantity outside of that.
The Man Utd summer signing succeeded Andre Onana between the sticks and Lammens has looked assured in the Red Devils No 1 role at Old Trafford.

Despite his calming presence and ability to control his Man Utd box, Lammens has faced an early test to his physicality amid the reign of interim boss Michael Carrick.
Lammens had to overcome the pressure of being blocked from coming out to collect corners during Man Utd’s 1-0 Premier League win over Everton in February.
Following Man Utd’s hard-fought result against Everton at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, Lammens looked back on the physicality demands he has faced this season.
“This season in particular, they start blocking at set pieces and trying to gather around the goalkeeper and make it more and more difficult,” he told The Athletic.
“It’s not the easiest, but I think I’ve dealt with it quite well.”

How Senne Lammens has navigated the Premier League’s ‘strength test’ in his debut season at Man Utd
Lammens admitted that it can be a daunting prospect for a ‘keeper to see all of the people in front of them when they are trying to defend a dangerous set-piece.
The ex-Royal Antwerp star has claimed that he has relied on the support of his Man Utd teammates and the “trust” that he has in them to help him when necessary.
“Sometimes when you see all those guys in front of you, you kind of get scared of it,” Lammens added.
“But I also have to trust my teammates to get me in the best possible position to push those players away.
“So, I just focus on the ball and then try to make [the] right decision. I think I’ve been doing well at that.”
Lammens made four appearances for Antwerp in the 2025-26 campaign before the Red Devils signed him for an initial £18.1m transfer fee last September.
