According to The Athletic, Rastrick has developed a number of young coaches like Kieran McKenna and Justin Cochrane.

Rastrick has built a reputation of aiding footballers like Harry Kane during his previous roles across the Premier League.

However, his work in improving young coaches can only benefit Coleman’s plans for life after playing football.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall expects Coleman to become a manager in the future when he hangs his boots up.

Former Everton left-back Leighton Baines has already demonstrated that a path is in place to join the coaching staff at Finch Farm.

Adding to the fact that Moyes rates Coleman’s leadership incredibly highly, it seems as if everything is falling into place for the Irishman to switch into a coaching role.
