Bradley Moonan has departed Everton on loan, as non-league side Southport FC announced his signature.

The 20-year-old signed his first professional contract in July 2024, which is set to run until June 2026.

The National League North side confirmed on their X account that the Blues starlet has joined them until the end of the season.

The Hill Dickinson Stadium side are making a concerted effort to improve their academy under the Friedkin Group.

Everton loaning out their best talents for senior game time should only serve to help that strategy and ensure some are ready to make David Moyes‘ team in the future.

They will be free to just play football without having to worry about the implications of results on their loan club, which should benefit them.

It will nice to have each other while learning the rigours of the senior game, away from their parent club, and youth football.

Hopefully, the duo can come back and make a push to get into the first-team picture under Moyes next season.
