For one last day the pundits and predictors are out in full force with their own opinions on West Ham United’s FA Cup quarter final against Leeds.
Seemingly each TV personality and former player has their own opinion based on past experience and club loyalties but the same cannot be said of OPTA’s so-called supercomputer: The software runs approaching 10,000 simulations to come out with its own prediction based on cold hard data.

Much will depend upon the London stadium atmosphere – becoming West Ham’s twelfth man in previous cup exploits has transformed the arena into a true Hammers home. Whether the home crowd can do the same tomorrow and propel their team towards the semi finals with a solid 90 minutes of noise could be the deciding factor, especially if the game is close in the closing minutes.
