Premier League clubs have been making calls to sound out a summer move for Liverpool target Eduardo Camavinga, says journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Reds have been linked with the Frenchman after a difficult season with Real Madrid, and the battle to sign him is seemingly already underway.
Speaking on his YouTube channel on Monday evening, Romano confirmed that Camavinga could leave Madrid if the right offer arrives, and suggested that a Premier League move may be in the offing.
Would any Liverpool players realistically get into PSG’s starting XI?
Surely we've got no chance against them 😣

Premier League move possible for Camavinga
As Liverpool search for a new defensive midfielder this summer, Camavinga’s name has been presented as a concrete possibility.
And according to Romano, he will be one to watch this summer, with teams already jostling to get a clear picture of his situation.
“What’s the situation with Eduardo Camavinga?” he says.
“First of all, I think we should remind people that Camavinga is a very important player. Not in the best form but he remains very important. According to what I know, he is not completely out of Real Madrid. They don’t consider him out of the project or a player to sell at all costs.”

“But in case of a good proposal, Real Madrid could consider the situation of Camavinga in the summer.
“If a big proposal doesn’t come, attractive for the player and the club, Real Madrid are not desperate, he is not going to be out of the club. If a proposal comes, they will consider possibilities if the player wants.
“I’m not aware of concrete interest from PSG. From the Premier League some clubs are attentive to the situation of Camavinga, they have started calling to understand the situation at the end of February. So let’s see what happens there, I would keep an eye more on the Premier League.”
Given Liverpool’s current midfield situation and the continuation of links surrounding Camavinga, it would be a surprise if the Reds were not in the mix here. As they look to refresh their options in the middle of the pitch, this could be the opportunity they’ve been waiting for.
