The 33-cap Northern Ireland international has established himself as one of the best players in the Championship and it’s understood that he’s now valued at around £20m.

The defensive midfielder scored the winner in Southampton’s FA Cup win against Arsenal last week, which has alerted the likes of Manchester United and Rangers, too.
