Arsenal, Chelsea and Everton have been linked with a Rangers man while a Wolves loanee looks set to leave.
Nasser Djiga will return to Wolves from Rangers clouded in uncertainty, it’s been claimed, as big bids are expected for a key teammate amid Arsenal and Everton interest.
The Light Blues are in the midst of a Premiership title chase but that doesn’t mean transfer business ahead of next season has stopped in the background. Defence is an area that could chop and change in head coach Danny Rohl’s team with Dundee’s Luke Graham one player on their radar, according to the Rangers Review.
He has impressed at Dens Park this term and it comes amid Djiga’s upcoming departure following his loan from Wolves. After a shaky start, he has formed a strong partnership with Emmanuel Fernandez, and the Molineux club’s relegation to the English Championship is set to leave him in the unknown over his future. Meanwhile, Fernandez has also been linked with a move, with Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton and more amongst those said to be eyeing him.

Who could Rangers sign in the summer transfer window?
Also starting slowly, he has provided a threat in attack off set-pieces, while also developing his defensive game under head coach Danny Rohl. While keen to keep him, it’s reported that Rangers are expecting major bids amid rumours of the Premier League. Derek Cornelius is on loan from Marseille while John Souttar is tied down at Rangers until next season in terms of other centre-back options.
Reporting states: “Rangers are tracking Dundee defender Luke Graham, with movement expected at centre-back this summer transfer window. Manny Fernandez is in the first year of a long-term deal at Ibrox. However, the Nigerian international is attracting attention from the top five leagues after an impressive debut campaign.
“Although Rangers would like to keep Fernandez for more than one season in an ideal world, there is recognition that their resolve will likely be tested with a significant offer. Meanwhile, Nasser Djiga will return to Wolves upon the expiry of his loan deal. It remains to be seen where the Burkina Faso international’s future lies, with Wolves on course to be relegated to the Championship.
Why would Rangers want to sign Luke Graham?
“Rangers Review understands that Graham, a 22-year-old defender who has enjoyed a breakthrough year at Dundee, is being considered as an option internally at Ibrox. Rangers have watched the left-sided centre-back on several occasions but will face competition for the Scotland Under-21 international if they choose to make a move.”
It wouldn’t be the first time Rangers have raided Dundee. They signed Lyall Cameron from the Dark Blues last summer as his contract ticked down but after spending the first six months of the season in Glasgow, he has been shipped out on loan to Aberdeen for the remainder of the campaign.
