Access all areas: the dinosaur playground in Crystal Palace Park is now open for all
The playground is now open to all park visitors. “It’s already buzzing with energy and adventure,” says te Crystal Palace Park Trust.
Designed to be welcoming and inclusive, the playground features accessible play equipment and seating, so more children and families can enjoy the space together.
The playground is the first part of the park-wide regeneration project to open, ahead of full completion this summer. It has been co-delivered by Bromley Council and Crystal Palace Park Trust, including a £5million grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund.

As more of the park reopens in the coming weeks, with orange fencing coming down and pathways opening up, there’ll be even more to explore. key footpaths around the tidal lakes are now open, so you can get closer to Crystal Palace Park’s historic dinosaur sculptures once again, and even catch a glimpse of the final restoration works in progress.
There’s also a range of free activities for the school holidays and on Earth Day, April 18.
