'It is a good project here - we will see': £15m Wolves signing drops big future hint after…

Marshall Munetsi seems to be loving life in France having made a loan move from Wolves in January.

A year on from Wolves shelling out £15m for the midfielder in January 2024 - he was on the move again.

He was a regular under Vitor Pereira - but had fallen well out of favour under Rob Edwards.

The club decided to move him out on loan in the January window - and he joined Paris FC.

So far it has been a fruitful spell for the midfielder - as he netted his fourth goal for the club in the 1-1 draw with Lorient on Sunday.

He has quickly established himself as a regular for the Ligue 1 side - and after the game he dropped a potential hint over his future.

He penned a three and a half year deal when he arrived at the club - meaning he will still have two years left to run on his contract when he returns to Molineux this summer.

Speaking to the press in France after the game, the midfielder said that Paris is a ‘great project’ for him - and he insisted his family were enjoying it.

He explained: “I feel good here alongside some players that I know. We get on well and you see that on the pitch. You can’t buy this atmosphere; it’s there, or it isn’t. I came for six months and I am focused on the six games remaining.

“We will see what discussions are had at the end of the season. There is a great project here. My family like it here in Paris. My two boys were born in France. It is also my country a bit.”
