A 23-man Liverpool squad trained ahead of their trip to play Paris Saint-Germain, with Milos Kerkez receiving an unexpected soaking and Alexander Isak pictured enjoying a tussle.
The media were treated to 15 minutes of Liverpool’s warm-up, as is the case in advance of every European fixture, before they were ushered away so the team could prepare properly for their Champions League quarter-final.
A squad of 23 players trained in Kirkby ahead of Liverpool’s trip to Paris, with three youngsters called up from the academy.
Kieran Morrison, goalkeeper Armin Pecsi and Calvin Ramsay all joined Arne Slot‘s session as the Reds were put through their paces in front of the cameras.

Ramsay won’t be a part of the travelling squad, though, as he is not on the club’s A-list and is ineligible for the B-list.
With no UEFA Youth League fixtures with which to contend, 19-year-old Morrison could figure on the bench as he has three times in Europe this season.
The biggest story to come from training, though it was expected, was Isak’s presence.

Liverpool’s record signing returned to full training last Thursday but wasn’t fit enough to face Man City. The hope is that he will make the squad against PSG, however.
Before the Reds’ loss to Man City on Saturday, Slot told TNT Sports: “I was hoping [that Isak would make the squad], but you always do these things in co-operation with medical staff, performance staff and the player himself.
“We came to the conclusion that it was better for him to have a few more sessions than only one or two and then immediately jump into a game like this, where if you bring him in there might be extra time.
“The situation is now that I hope – again, I hope – that he will be available for Wednesday, but today came too early for him.”
